A total of 183 Entries (including 14 Re-Entries) boosted the overall attendance of the MegaPokerSeries to 284 and out of those, 177 still have the chance to win the fourth installment of the Deepstack Event Series in 2012. On Day 1A, 66 players bagged up Chips and Day 1B had a similar cryptic number as 111 survived and will be returning today as of 15:00 to the tables in the Casino Adriatic.
The Pro Team of Poker770 and TurboPoker was there in full force and the majority of Online Qualifiers participated on the second starting day as well, though Koen de Visscher, Stephan Gerin and Sonja Kovac did not see the end of the 8th level with Chips in front of them. The Belgian Team Pro was eliminated in a set over set confrontation whereas Gerin ran his last 30 Big Blinds with Ace-King into Pocket Kings and was unable to improve. The Croatian Team had similar luck as on the first attempt and her premium hands got cracked, thus she won’t be able to finish in the money in her home country.
As of Day 2 there will be levels of 77 minutes each instead of the 60 minutes on each starting day and we will be playing a total of 7 levels. The current average is 123,548 Chips and the Blinds in Level 9 will kick in at 1,000-2,000 / Ante 200. The top 36 will get paid at least 1,450€ and 39,000€ as well as important Points for the leader board will be waiting for the winner on Sunday.

Casey Kastle as Day 1A Chipleader has been overthrown by Levi Asaf (pictured above) from Israel who dominated the second day and bagged up almost half a million in Chips (489,000). Heinz Neumann (257,000) was the best German on Day 1B and Vesa Jakobsson from Finland accumulated 199,300 Chips as Online Qualifier and he will be chasing Nicky Roeg from Day 1A who ended up with 262,200.
